DATES AND HOURS OF OPERATION
Camp Dates: June 23 - August 22, 2008. Camp will be closed on Friday, July 4th, 2008.
Camp Hours: 7:00am - 6:00pm. Drop off and pick up available at any time. Please consider our daily schedules for trips and swimming when arriving at camp.
FLEXIBLE REGISTRATION
Tuition includes all trips, admission fees, bus transportation, theme activities, projects, in-camp specials and swimming.
* Registration availabe for weeks 1 through 9.
* You also have the choice of registering for the full week or partial weeks.
* If you register for a partial week then you will select what days your child will attend and pay the daily tuition fee.

Parent / Camper Orientation is an important event for both parents and campers to attend. Critical information about the camp will be presented. You will meet the camp staff and t-shirts will be distributed. You will also have the oppurtunity to ask questions and get a preview of the fun. We hope to see you there!
FIELD TRIPS
All campers go on our fun and exciting field trips. New field trips every summer! Different field trips every week.
* Most field trips are on Tuesday and Thursday of every week. See trip schedule below.
* All trips are subject to change.
* Our staff/camper ratios on trips can be as low as 1:5 on water trips and as low as 1:8 on other non-water trips.
* You must arrive to camp by our trip departure time for all field trips. All departure times are listed on our camp newsletters and our information board at camp. Please note, if you arrive late and the bus has departed it will be your responsibility to transport your child to our trip destination.
* Campers are grouped by age/grade or height for some rides and have at least 2 staff per group.
Your campers safety on field trips is always our #1 concern!
* All staff carry ID cards for each camper with essential information in case of emergency.
* Directors carry cell phones for easy access.
* Parents have peace of mind knowing that the staff is experienced, well trained, and certified in CPR and First Aid.
* Parents get updates for trip return status after 3:00pm every trip day by calling your Senior Camp Director.
* All trips are take on a standard yellow school bus with seatbelts. Our bus drivers are experienced and drive all year long.

SWIM DAYS
Most Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are recreational swim days from approximately 9:30am - 12:00pm. We will be swimming at the Beaver Brook Country Club. All campers have the option to go to the pool or stay at the camp.
* The pool will provide lifeguards and The Work-Family Connection will have staff members present.
* Campers will be bused via school bus to and from the pool.
* We will change clothes at the camp and at the pool, and staff will be available to assist younger campers if needed. Please be sure your camper has a bathing suit, towel and sunblock. Always provide your child with a change of dry clothes, they cannot return to camp in a wet bathing suit.
SCHOOL OF FISH SWIM LESSONS
You can register your child for swim lessons any day we are at the pool. Lessons are provided on a first come first serve basis, sign up sheets will be available at the camp.

Activity Centers have hands-on projects or individual choices. Our centers are well equipped with supplies that our campers have chosen themselves. Technology centers have computers, printers, are sound equipped and have new software. All activities centers are geared for campers grades K-8. All supplies, equipment and projects are diverse for all K-8 developmental grades.
SUMMER TUITION
Tuition includes all trips, admission fees, theme activities, projects, in-camp specials and swimming.
* A non-refundable $100 deposit is due at time of registration and will be applied to your full tuition.
* Registration fee of $40 child / $60 family due at time of registration, unless you were registered with us for the 2007-2008 school year.
Tuition payment schedule:
* Initial 1/3 of total Summer Camp tuition is due by April 1st
* Second 1/3 of total Summer Camp tuition is due by May 1st
* Final payment of total Summer Camp tuition balance is due by June 1st
* Visa and Mastercard accepted!!! All credit and debit card transactions will be processed 2 business days before the due date.
* No cancellations, withdrawals, changes, no refunds or credits after June 1st.*

FACILITY FEES
You will be charged a $10.00 per week/per child facility fee. Facility fees are an additional cost that is being charged for the use of the school facilities. This fee is collected by our organization and paid directly to your school district. This fee will be billed with your summer camp tuition.
LATE FEES
Late Pickup Fees: you will be charged at $1 minute/per family for campers picked up after 6:00pm. If a field trip returns to camp after 6:00 then you will not be charge late fees.
Late Payment Fees: any payments not received by the due date specified in our tuition payment schedule will be charged a $25 late fee.
CAMP DISCOUNT
Register early and save money! If you register by April 1, 2008 you will receive a 3% discount off your total tuition. All registrations must be completed online and $100 non-refundable deposit must be paid. Any changes made after that date, discount will not apply.
WIZ KIDS CLUB (For Grades 1-6)
Club Dates: Weeks 3, 4, 5 & 6 and only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Club Times: 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

This club is designed to strengthen math and reading skills in preparation for the school year. The club will be instructed by certified Teachers and is open to all grades 1 - 6. It will run on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 1:00pm to41:00pm. The club will be located at the camp in a classroom.
* Tuition is $50 per day, per student.
* Your child may stay the rest of the camp day for an additional $50 per child, per day.
* If you are already registered for the day at our 2008 Summer Camp, you may add Wiz Kids for an additional $25 per day, per student.
BASKETBALL CAMP
Camp Location: Round Valley School
Camp Dates: July 14-18, 2008 (Week 4)
Camp Times: 9:00am to 3:00pm.
Camp Tuition: $230

Basketball camp is a fun week of hard work. The campers will work on team skills, drills, and tournaments. Basketball camp accepts campers entering grades 3 - 8.
* Free T-shirt included.
SOCCER CAMP
Camp Location: Round Valley School
Camp Dates: July 28 - August 1, 2008 (Week 6)
Camp Times: 9:00am to 3:00pm. * Entering Grades 1 - 8
Camp Tuition: $230
New this year! Soccer camp is a fun filled week of skills, drills, and scrimmages for soccer enthusiasts of all levels. World Sports coach Tom McLaughlin has run sports camp for many years, and this one is the best. Soccer camp accepts campers entering grades 1 - 8.
* Free T-shirt included.
CAMP T-SHIRT
All campers receive a cool tie-dyed camp t-shirt for FREE. Select T-shirt size when registering. Available sizes are Youth Medium, Large and Extra Large and Adult Small, Medium, Large, XLarge and XXLarge. T-shirts will be distributed at the Camp Orientation Night.
* T-shirt must be worn on all field trips.
* If you would like to purchase additional t-shirts the cost is $15 each.
